Last year, Kate Middleton wore a now-famous blue dress for the announcement of her nuptials to Prince William. We'd love to say it was just a blue dress, but this is Kate Middleton, the commoner who stole the Prince's heart. Therefore, everything she does becomes fabulous. Although, in this case, we're not totally against it.
The royal blue dres was a product of Kate's favorite brand, the now-famous, London-based Issa. Issa gained tons of publicity after knowledge spread that the soon-to-be Princess was spotted in one of their own dresses.
Now, Net-A-Porter.com is getting ready to launch a capsule collection with Issa. The collection will include six jewel-tone gowns that are said to be inspired by the landscapes of India.
"I keep the busy, cosmopolitan Issa woman in my mind when designing easy-to-wear, effortless dresses; she is always on the move," Issa designer, Daniella Helayel, says of her designs.
