Harry Winston's Gorgeous New Location Marks The Beginning Of The Company's New Outlook!
“Clients have evolved, and they want something less intimidating and warmer,” said Frédéric de Narp, C.E.O. of Harry Winston. “This is what we are creating with this [Las Vegas] salon and in trying to constantly enhance the experience.”
The new store, complete with a 30-foot cathedral ceiling, is walled by transparent glass, giving those outside a chance to view the merchandise before entering. The new store is 1900 square feet, and it is separated into distinct areas for watches, bridal, and contemporary and high-end jewelry. De Narp hopes that the new design will bring watches to be a larger portion of the total profits.
After Las Vegas, Harry Winston focusing on China- the brand is opening three company-owned stores in China this year, as well as stores in Dubai and Moscow. Overall, de Narp hopes to expand from 20 retail locations to 50 in the next five years.
